Total deductions on line 254 of Quebec return incorrect in certain circumstances

I have a client for whom the total of deductions on line 254 of the Quebec jacket is incorrect. Why is that?

This occurs in cases where there are taxable capital gains in the year and net capital losses from other years applied against them, and also an unused portion of the amount of adjustment of investment expenses for 2004 carried forward under the keyword CarCharge-CF.

DT Max correctly produces Schedule N, and on the TP1 jacket the right amount (if any) is reported on line 252 BUT the amount from line 60 of Schedule N is erroneously included in the amount of line 254.

As a workaround, use the keyword Override to enter the right amount on line 254.
